Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious PLC Software Developer focused on advancing industrial automation technologies. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of PLC control systems, including developing and programming source code using platforms like Siemens S7 and TIA Portal for industrial machinery. Daily tasks include creating program sequences and visualizations, conducting rigorous system tests and commissioning, performing error analysis, and providing ongoing maintenance and support for existing control systems. The developer is also responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation, including functional descriptions and schematics, and collaborating cross-departmentally to integrate control systems effectively. Candidates should possess a background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology and demonstrate fundamental expertise in various PLC programming environments (e.g., CoDeSys, Allen Bradley).
