Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive development and optimization of complete electrode boiler systems, focusing on the entire system solution from detailed design to safe integration. The Development Engineer will be responsible for the conceptual and detailed electrical design of these systems, including all electrical interfaces and control components. Key tasks include analyzing and optimizing complex relationships between electrode geometry, boiler water conductivity, and medium voltage supply (5 kV to 35 kV) to ensure optimal plant output. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of relevant professional experience, along with extensive knowledge of electrical insulation up to 35 kV and medium voltage technology. The position requires defining critical interfaces, ensuring electrical safety and compliance, and selecting electrical components for control cabinets. Strong German and English language skills are essential for communication and documentation.
