Job Summary

This role involves taking on comprehensive project responsibility for the planning and implementation of new construction, conversion, and refurbishment projects within district heating and power generation plants. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development and detailed execution planning through to final project closure. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating all involved trades, managing timelines, costs, resources, and quality, and ensuring effective claims and warranty management. A successful candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Process Control Technology, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the energy, power plant, or process industries. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with EPLAN and AutoCAD, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external planning offices to deliver complex industrial solutions.
