Day-to-day responsibilities include answering service requests, processing support tickets, and performing detailed analysis and resolution of technical faults. You will be responsible for initial Linux system administration tasks, such as user management and log analysis, and assisting with networking problems like DHCP and routing. The position also involves monitoring IT systems, maintaining endpoints, and instructing users on new IT and telecommunication devices. To succeed, you must possess completed vocational training (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) and initial professional experience in a User Help Desk environment.   • Basic knowledge of network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
