Job Summary

This role is designed for a Project Coordinator specializing in Formulation and Process Development within the biopharmaceutical sector. The core responsibilities include supporting the Laboratory Manager in optimizing lab capacity utilization and managing the budget planning for equipment acquisition. You will be instrumental in developing and evaluating analytical methods necessary for the release, stability testing, and characterization of biopharmaceutical products. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting formulation and process development studies, serving as the product analyst responsible for planning and executing method validations and transfers, and managing sample administration and shipments. Success in this position requires a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology), or equivalent vocational training combined with extensive professional experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and evaluation capabilities, a focus on quality, fluency in German, and good proficiency in English for professional correspondence with international partners and clients.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology; OR Vocational training as a Chemical, Biological, or Biotechnological Assistant.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience (required if holding vocational training instead of a degree)
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with analytical methods (HPLC, LC, GC) for biopharmaceutical product characterization (desirable)
