Job Summary

This role is a critical Project Engineer position focusing on the comprehensive planning and realization of substations, particularly those supporting wind farms, driving the transition to renewable energy. Day-to-day responsibilities involve end-to-end project leadership, encompassing technical coordination with internal experts, grid operators, and regulatory authorities. The role requires robust supplier management, including selection, control, and monitoring of external service providers for construction, electrical assembly, and commissioning. You will also oversee site supervision, ensure rigorous quality assurance, and manage continuous project controlling, focusing on cost tracking, schedule adherence, and reporting. Success requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with several years of relevant project management experience in energy infrastructure. Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera, strong analytical skills, and fluency in German are essential prerequisites for this impactful position.
