Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive customer support, handling inquiries related to house connections, construction power, and photovoltaic (PV) systems via online, telephone, and in-person channels. The specialist will be crucial in documentation and data management, including inputting data into the IConnect portal, performing essential grid compatibility checks, and planning new PV installations using specialized tools like GTechnology. Furthermore, the role requires coordinating cooperation with external partners, such as telecom and fiber providers, and preparing detailed customer quotes. The ideal candidate holds a completed electrical engineering qualification or equivalent technician certification, possesses a strong technical understanding of energy technology, and is proficient in MS Office.
