Job Summary

This role involves working as a Chemical Laboratory Technician within the food industry, focusing on the independent execution of analytical investigations of food products. Key day-to-day tasks include performing analyses using various techniques such as Gas Chromatography (GC), Ion Chromatography (IC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and wet chemistry methods. The technician is responsible for sample preparation, evaluating analysis results, documentation, and preparing these results for internal departments. A crucial part of the job is actively assisting in the implementation of new analytical methods and drafting analysis specifications.
