SMD Process Technologist | Technologe SMD (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As an SMD Process Technologist, you will be crucial in defining and validating process parameters for various soldering techniques, including Reflow, Selective, and Wave Soldering. Your daily tasks involve the selection and handling of solder pastes, stencil technology, PCB cleaning, and the preparation and placement of both SMD and THT components. A key responsibility is the creation and optimization of programs for automated placement machines (such as Fuji and Mimot), ensuring smooth production flow by training machine operators and performing minor maintenance. To succeed, you must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or Communications Technology and possess strong professional experience in machine programming, component placement, and soldering rework. Expertise in quality standards (ISO 9001, IPC), process optimization (Lean, CIP), and SAP (MM, PP, QM) is required.
