This role seeks a dedicated System Engineer or Technician specializing in Electrical and Electronics to drive the development of groundbreaking agricultural machinery. The core responsibilities involve managing the entire development lifecycle, from early requirement clarification—liaising closely with construction, hydraulics, and software teams—to ensuring smooth commissioning. Daily tasks include creating detailed system descriptions, selecting appropriate electrical components, designing electrical schematics, and modeling cable harnesses using 3D CAD. A significant part of the role involves rigorous testing of subsystems and machines to verify functional safety, supporting field validation, and collaborating with development and service teams for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with a secure understanding of electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and modern sensor/control unit technology.
