Job Summary

This role focuses on managing the installation of large-scale, sustainable energy storage solutions for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. Working primarily from a home office, the Site Manager oversees projects across the DACH region, requiring extensive travel (4-5 working days per week). Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising the entire installation process, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and managing stakeholder alignment. A critical component of the role is maintaining site safety by enforcing accident prevention regulations, conducting hazard assessments, and preparing necessary HSE documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Master Craftsman or degree) with significant experience in construction site management, especially within plant engineering, and practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; or Master Craftsman (Meister); or Certified Technician (Techniker); or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Experience in construction site management, focusing on plant engineering
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, preferably as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching
