Job Summary

This role is a direct placement opportunity for an engaged Shift Manager in Lichtenau, tasked with ensuring the smooth and high-quality operational flow of the production facility. Key responsibilities include securing first-class production results through strict quality control, monitoring operational business, ensuring adherence to the production schedule, and managing personnel planning and leadership within the shift. The ideal candidate must possess prior leadership experience and relevant technical qualifications, such as completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Chemical Technician, or Production Technologist, or a certification as a Technician or Master in fields like Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering. Readiness to work in a 3-shift system is mandatory. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, quality awareness, and proficiency in using ERP systems. This position offers a long-term, unlimited contract perspective.
