Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support within the automotive industry, focusing heavily on 1st Level Support and ticket management. The specialist will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, classifying, and documenting user requests within a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include providing 1st level support, assisting with initial error analysis for 2nd/3rd level issues, and managing the deployment and maintenance of end-user devices such as PCs, tablets, smartphones, and printers. A key component of the job is the installation of applications via software distribution and continuously supporting the optimization of IT processes and workflows. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, solid professional experience in IT Service Management, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 applications, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
