The Production Operator is primarily responsible for the hands-on operation, setup, and adjustment of complex production equipment. Successful candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification, such as a Chemical Technician or Pharmaceutical Technician, and ideally bring initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Crucially, familiarity with GMP regulations is required, along with a willingness to work reliably within a demanding 3-shift system.
