This leadership role involves managing a dedicated four-person team responsible for the Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology systems within a critical Satellite Control Center, likely supporting the ESA. Day-to-day duties include ensuring the proper and efficient operation of MCR facilities, coordinating and executing all necessary troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities. The Team Leader acts as the primary contact for the customer and ensures meticulous documentation of all tasks and faults using the specialized remuss system. Candidates must possess a completed Master Craftsman qualification in Building Automation or Control Technology and several years of professional experience in MCR technology operation, maintenance, and fault resolution.
