Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks a reliable Electrical Supervisor or Master Electrician to lead the electrical department and oversee all aspects of electrical installation projects primarily across Rügen Island and the Stralsund region. Key responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial order intake and customer consultation to comprehensive cost calculation and final project billing. The supervisor is also responsible for controlling adherence to occupational safety and security regulations within the department. Furthermore, the role involves conducting necessary controls after completion and occasionally performing minor emergency repairs. Candidates must possess a completed professional qualification as an Electrician/Installer, proven experience installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and agricultural settings, and proficiency in basic PC applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A valid driver's license is required, and a company car is provided, offering a stable position with tariff wages.
