Job Summary

This role places you as the central point of contact for laboratory infrastructure within Roche's Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) division, specifically supporting the Site & Labs SPO RICM department. Your primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring the seamless operation of research teams by managing material preparation and sterilization. Day-to-day tasks include the autonomous cleaning, sterilization, and provision of lab materials, operating and maintaining necessary equipment like autoclaves and washing machines, and performing the thermal inactivation of GenTG waste according to biosafety guidelines. You will actively support laboratory operations by restocking standard consumables, preparing simple solutions (e.g., buffers or media), and coordinating essential services like pipette calibration and central laundry supply. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and possesses a high school diploma, basic PC skills, and 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a sterile or pharmaceutical laboratory setting. Experience
