This role requires an experienced professional to manage and execute comprehensive tender calculations for complex road and civil engineering projects in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include determining costs through precise calculations, managing price inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external specialists to gather necessary data for partial calculations. A core function involves consolidating individual trade calculations into a total overall calculation, developing the final contract calculation, and proactively identifying potential savings for the operational unit. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification and possesses several years of relevant professional experience in both site management and estimation. Proficiency in MS Office and specialized calculation software, ideally RIB iTWO, is essential. This position demands an independent, engaged, and team-oriented approach, coupled with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
