Job Summary

This role involves specialized work in energy technology, focusing on the protection systems within medium voltage networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing new protection systems, creating detailed wiring diagrams for both new installations and modifications of medium voltage switchgear, and performing critical testing and parametrization of protection relays using modern equipment. The technician will also be responsible for commissioning medium voltage switchgear and associated protection technology directly at customer sites. Furthermore, the position requires performing maintenance, repair, fault analysis, and troubleshooting on various electrical energy supply systems, including transformers and low-voltage distributions. Candidates must possess completed electrical engineering training and relevant professional experience in medium voltage environments.
