Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Senior Buyer based in Nagold, responsible for managing the complete procurement lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting demand and market analysis, managing tenders, performing price comparisons, and leading complex national and international price negotiations to finalize framework purchasing agreements. A core focus of the role is the development and implementation of forward-looking category strategies, alongside continuous process optimization and the realization of cost savings through global market observation. The Senior Buyer will also be responsible for systematic Supplier Relations Management and leading independent purchasing projects. The ideal candidate must possess a completed commercial qualification, multi-year experience in strategic and operative purchasing, and a strong technical understanding of production processes and cost calculation. Essential prerequisites include proficiency in SAP and MS Office, coupled with negotiation-fluent English, making this a challenging and varied long-term position with good development opportunities.
