Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing subcontractors, managing repair and maintenance work, and ensuring the quality of all operational services through robust Quality Management practices. A key component of the role is personnel responsibility, managing 2-3 MCR/Electrical Technicians. Candidates must possess a technical background in operational technology, MCR, or building services, coupled with professional experience in MCR/GLT (Building Automation Systems).
