This role is ideal for a skilled Electronics Technician or Engineer ready to commission large-scale energy storage systems (ESS) crucial for sustainable power grids. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full commissioning process following installation, handing systems over to customers, and performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting via software and configuration adjustments. You will be instrumental in optimizing plant control systems, working closely with the programming department, and integrating customer feedback into project preparation. Key qualifications include a background in electrical engineering, experience with inverter and battery technology, and knowledge of PLC programming and communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP). Required Skills

Education

Completed training as Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or further qualification as Master Craftsman, Technician, or degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Professional experience in process engineering and automation
  • Knowledge in PLC programming, Modbus TCP/IP, and classical battery applications (e.g., self-consumption, peak shaving, island grid, and control power)
