This critical role focuses on the commissioning and handover of large-scale energy storage systems, ensuring sustainable power supply for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking newly installed systems into operation, detailed component parameterization, and establishing communication links using specialized software like Wago e!Cockpit and Codesys. A core function is performing in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting, resolving issues through software and configuration adjustments, and collaborating with the programming department to continuously improve system control. Candidates must possess a background as an Electrician, Technician, or Electrical Engineer, coupled with initial professional experience in inverter and battery technology, as well as knowledge of PLC programming and Modbus TCP/IP. The position offers significant flexibility with home office options, a modern company car (available for private use), and a minimum of 30 days of vacation, making it an attractive opportunity for highly motivated, travel-ready professionals.

Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship as Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, further training as Master Craftsman or Technician, or degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in inverter and battery technology
  • Experience with Technical Connection Rules (TAR), process engineering, and automation
  • Expertise in PLC programming, Modbus TCP/IP, and classic battery applications (e.g., self-consumption, peak shaving, island grid, and control power)
