Job Summary
This role involves the independent planning and execution of construction projects specifically focused on asphalt paving. The Construction Manager will be responsible for monitoring the entire construction process, ensuring technical and economic objectives are met, and controlling site results. A key part of the job includes coordinating personnel and subcontractors in collaboration with a foreman, managing claims preparation, and handling invoicing. Success requires close communication with all internal and external interfaces, including clients, group leaders, procurement, and the calculation department. Candidates must possess several years of professional experience as an Asphalt Construction Manager and hold a completed university degree in Civil Engineering or comparable training, preferably specializing in Road or Civil Engineering.
