Job Summary

This role requires a Lead Electrical Site Supervisor to manage and organize all construction site operations and oversee installation work, primarily within regional projects. You will act as the contractor's primary representative on site, coordinating closely with Project Management and serving as the first point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting safety briefings for personnel and subcontractors, documenting site progress via a construction logbook, managing material logistics, and ensuring the quality and safe execution of all electrical installations according to schedule. Candidates must hold vocational training as an Electrician or Electrical Installer and possess sufficient professional experience in construction site processes. A strong command of electrical standards and the ability to confidently represent the company in larger projects are essential.
