Job Summary

This role involves hands-on installation and maintenance of modern data infrastructures, focusing heavily on fiber optic and data technology within buildings, large campus environments, and FTTx areas. Key daily tasks include the independent installation of fiber optic and data technology, performing blowing operations in public street spaces, and expertly splicing, measuring, and documenting fiber optic lines (LWL). The technician is also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing existing systems to ensure reliable data flow. Candidates must have a professional background as a telecommunications or information electronics technician, or an electrician with specialized training in fiber optic and data technology. Essential requirements include flexibility, proficiency with MS Office, and a Class B driving license.
