Job Summary

This role is centered on the successful commissioning and customer handover of large-scale, sustainable energy storage solutions for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure applications. The successful candidate will perform detailed commissioning protocols, including component parameterization and establishing communication links using specialized software such as Wago e!Cockpit, Codesys, Pilz, and Hekatron. A core responsibility involves detailed fault analysis and resolution through necessary software or configuration adjustments, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of plant control systems. The position requires a background as an Electrician, Technician, or an electro-technical engineer, coupled with initial experience in inverter and battery technology, automation, and PLC programming. Candidates must possess strong German and English language skills and a high willingness to travel. This position offers significant professional flexibility, combining site work with home office capabilities, and includes a modern company car for private use, alongside a minimum of 30 days of vacation.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician, or an electro-technical engineering degree.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in inverter and battery technology
  • Professional experience in technical connection rules (TAR)
  • Professional experience in process engineering and automation
  • Expertise in PLC programming and Modbus TCP/IP
  • Expertise in classical battery applications (e.g., self-consumption, peak shaving, island grid, and control power)
