Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the proper operational status of all building services and electrical systems within assigned properties. The technician will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep in accordance with current technical regulations. A key part of the job is independently resolving malfunctions, proactively optimizing operational processes, and managing customer concerns in a service-oriented manner. Candidates must have a technical background in electrical engineering, such as an electrician or electronics technician, and possess strong customer orientation, teamwork skills, and reliability. While professional experience is preferred, recent graduates are also strongly encouraged to apply. Essential requirements include German language proficiency at level B2 and a Class B driving license, ensuring mobility and effective communication in a dynamic service environment.
