Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support within an international IT services and engineering solutions company based in Hamburg. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of client hardware and software, including installation, maintenance, and technical documentation. A core part of the job involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues (Second Level Support) related to hardware, software, networks, and communication systems directly at the customer's location. The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and possesses good proficiency in both German and English.
