This role involves providing essential technical remote support in a modern Windows environment for an IT service provider in the Frankfurt am Main area. The IT Service Desk Agent will be responsible for actively optimizing service desk processes and managing collaboration with external service providers. Key day-to-day duties include expertly handling incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring high service levels are maintained for all IT support operations. Candidates should possess completed vocational training in an IT field (such as IT Specialist for System Integration) or initial professional experience in telephone customer support. Required technical competencies include strong knowledge of common Windows operating systems, networking, hardware, and experience using ticketing systems.
