Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join the Field Service Team of a law firm in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on end-user support. The technician will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of IT incidents, from receiving disturbance reports via the ticketing system through analysis, troubleshooting, and detailed documentation. Key daily tasks include instructing users on the correct use of hardware and software, performing necessary rework and error correction, and organizing the setup, relocation, and dismantling of IT workstations directly on-site. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT sector education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar) and experience handling common client peripheral devices like printers and headsets. This is a full-time, permanent position offered initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, providing a secure job with future prospects in an international environment.
