Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in Erfurt, Germany, seeks a dedicated Production Manager to oversee all aspects of control cabinet manufacturing. The core responsibilities involve setting and managing production processes and capacities, acting as the key interface between planning and execution, and ensuring efficient material flow and timely deliveries. Crucially, you will hold personnel responsibility for the entire manufacturing area, including the testing field and warehouse, and serve as the officially responsible electrical specialist. Candidates must bring required experience in control cabinet construction and practical knowledge of Lean Management. While a qualification as a Technician or Master Electrician in Electrical or Energy Technology is preferred, strong leadership, communication, and systematic organizational skills are mandatory for success in this critical management role.
