Job Summary

This role is for a skilled CTA/BTA to join a laboratory team in Hennigsdorf, focusing on the development of therapeutics and diagnostics within an international environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting bioanalytical developments using microplate-based immunoassays, performing routine lab tasks including preparation and quality control, and managing laboratory operations such as preparing buffers and solutions and equipment checks. Key responsibilities also include independent experimental planning for assay development and sample preparation, as well as meticulous protocol keeping and SOP drafting for assays. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, supported by a motivated team, and operates within a dynamic structure with flat hierarchies.
