This position is centered on the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment within a renowned public institution in Cologne, supporting the municipal theater operations. The successful candidate will primarily manage and operate the Building Management Systems (BMS), focusing heavily on measurement and control technology (MSR). Daily tasks involve analyzing complex faults, systematically troubleshooting and resolving system disturbances, and meticulously documenting all maintenance and repair activities. Furthermore, the role includes performing installation work, regulating various in-house technical systems, and providing support during conversion and major maintenance projects. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification, such as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with initial professional experience in measurement and control technology.
