Job Summary
This role involves supporting the digital infrastructure of a public authority, focusing heavily on Content Management System (CMS) administration and web presence management. The specialist will be responsible for the technical support, administration, and continuous development of the internal CMS (such as TYPO3 or WordPress), including user management, rights conception, system updates, and error resolution. A key part of the job is ensuring compliance with data protection and security guidelines, as well as working towards barrier-free web content (BITV/WCAG). Furthermore, the role supports administrative modernization by participating in digitalization projects and managing the authority's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn). Candidates must have completed IT vocational training or an equivalent qualification, practical experience in CMS administration, and basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). This is an indefinite, part-time position (24 hours/week) offering flexible hours and home office options.

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development) or comparable qualification.
Experience

- Practical experience in the administration and support of Content Management Systems.
- Experience or interest in Social Media Management, ideally in an official/governmental context.
