Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically astute student or qualified technician/mechanic eager to dive into the complexities of Technical Building Equipment (TGA), specifically focusing on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, and Cooling (HLSK/HVAC/R). Day-to-day, you will be an integral part of a 6-person TGA team, supporting project managers and engineers by handling fundamental project tasks, from floor plan documentation and drawing to calculating complex hydraulic schemes and sustainable energy supply systems. You will integrate calculation results into architectural plans, assist with plan revisions on construction sites, and participate in external partner meetings to understand practical implementation. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant engineering field (Building Services, Supply Engineering, Energy Management, or Mechanical Engineering) or hold a comparable technical qualification. Key skills include proficiency in drawing floor plans, performing hydraulic calculations, and excellent command of Trimble Plancal Nova. This position offers a steep learning curve through rotation across all HVAC/R disciplines, providing valuable hands-on experience in shaping the energy transition through energy-efficient building renovations in Berlin.
