Job Summary

This role involves taking technical leadership for projects focused on secure radio communication systems, encompassing both hardware and software components, within the demanding Aerospace sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating international, cross-site development teams, ensuring project success from initial specification through optimization. Key daily tasks include defining system architecture, specifying interfaces, selecting required technologies, supporting Make-or-Buy decisions, and collaborating on manufacturing cost reduction. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, coupled with proven experience in leading project teams, ideally within a multi-project context. Proficiency with tools like RTC, Confluence, and Jira, along with knowledge of agile development methods such as Scrum and SAFe, is required. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
