Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of electrical systems and charging infrastructure for a modern electric bus fleet within the public utility sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include independent diagnosis, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electrical systems, such as gate controls, wash facilities, and HVAC technology, as well as the general electrical systems across the network, including lighting and digital passenger information displays. The technician will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections of equipment and systems and managing compliance requirements as a qualified electrical specialist (EFK). Key requirements include a completed technical apprenticeship as an Electrician or equivalent qualification, practical experience in the described tasks, and a strong sense of responsibility.
