Job Summary

This role involves taking entrepreneurial responsibility for the global market expansion of a high-growth business segment focused on technical buildings essential for the energy and mobility transition. The International Sales Director will actively shape the international market expansion, possessing full decision-making authority in sales. Key responsibilities include acquiring new customers and distribution partners worldwide, building sustainable business relationships with energy providers and strategic project partners, and driving revenue and profitability growth across target regions like Northwest Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and South America. The director will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing international sales team, contributing market knowledge directly to product strategies, and analyzing market trends to secure long-term international success. This position requires a strong electro-technical background, extensive international B2B project sales experience, and strategic leadership capabilities.

Required Skills

Education

Electro-technical background, preferably a university degree (Study desirable)

Experience

  • Multiple years of international sales experience in B2B project business
  • Proven experience in building international sales structures
  • Experience in energy technology or industrial enclosure/switchgear technology (ideal)
  • Entrepreneurial responsibility for developing target regions (Northwest Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, South America)
