This role seeks an experienced IT professional to become the dedicated Vocational Trainer responsible for shaping the future talent in IT professions, including System Integration Specialists, Information Electronics Technicians, and IT System Management Clerks. You will be the central figure, delivering specialized practical and theoretical content aligned with official curricula, and acting as the primary mentor for apprentices from initial contact through their final examinations. Key responsibilities include utilizing pedagogical skill and empathy to foster individual growth, assess learning progress, and provide motivating feedback. Beyond instruction, the trainer is tasked with talent acquisition, participating in career fairs, conducting interviews, and managing the entire training structure, including coordinating schedules and maintaining strong relationships with vocational schools and chambers. The position requires continuous innovation of training concepts to ensure the program remains high-quality and future-oriented, offering a stable, full-time role with significant responsibility and creative freedom.
