This crucial role involves ensuring the continuous operational readiness of specialized flight training equipment (FNPT devices). The technician acts as the primary contact and first-level support for flight instructors, performing regular inspections, calibration, and maintenance to guarantee device accuracy and reliability. A significant part of the day-to-day work includes technical troubleshooting, diagnosing malfunctions, and executing necessary repairs or component replacements. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and adhering strictly to safety protocols. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in fields like Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Aircraft Electronics, coupled with several years of professional experience. This position requires flexibility, resilience, and the willingness to work in shift schedules (first/second shift), offering a permanent contract and the opportunity to collaborate with engineers on complex maintenance challenges.
