Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional looking to join a leading data logger provider for the automotive industry. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on both Linux and Windows environments. Day-to-day tasks involve participating in the installation and commissioning of servers and network components, managing user accounts and access rights (e.g., Active Directory), and setting up, configuring, and maintaining employee workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, phones). A core responsibility is providing excellent First and Second-Level support, analyzing and resolving IT operational disruptions, and meticulous documentation of processes and solutions using the internal ticketing system. The position requires a strong service orientation, technical proficiency in Windows and basic networking, and excellent communication skills, offering flexible hours and continuous professional development.
