Job Summary

This role involves supporting one or more development teams in implementing agile development processes, working closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to efficiently manage prioritized tasks. Key responsibilities include identifying and removing external impediments to ensure team efficiency, analyzing and reducing process waste to deliver increments on time and within budget, and ensuring clear goal definition within the team. The ideal candidate possesses solid experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development and DevOps environments, along with practical knowledge of agile methodologies and process optimization. Success in this position requires strong consulting skills, the ability to manage complex situations, and excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, particularly during change processes.
