Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Certified Expert Inspector focusing on the planning and implementation review of railway control and safety technology (CST) systems. The daily tasks include performing technical reviews of CST systems, ensuring strict adherence to legal and technical regulations, and verifying the usability of both hardware and software components, including legacy systems (like SpDr S 60) and modern technologies (ESTW, DSTW, ETCS). A key function is producing expert reports and memoranda, ensuring planning quality throughout construction, and supporting project engineers through technical consultation and knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, existing certification as an Expert Inspector for CST planning from the Federal Railway Authority (EBA), and demonstrate independent, responsible, and structured work habits within a team environment.
