Job Summary

This leadership role involves steering the planning and strategic development of Signaling and Control Technology (SCT) projects within the railway infrastructure sector. The Team Leader is responsible for fostering the professional growth of team members and coordinating the team's operational organization in alignment with management. Key day-to-day activities include taking technical responsibility for complex projects and planning critical systems such as railway crossings, Electronic Interlocking Systems (ESTW), Digital Interlocking Systems (DSTW), and ETCS across all phases (1-9) of the HOAI. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field, coupled with a minimum of five years of experience as an SCT specialist planner. The position requires a high degree of motivation, a quick grasp of concepts, and a commitment to autonomous, team-oriented project execution.
