Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the efficient production and operational processes of multiple biogas plants within the Saxony region (south of Leipzig). The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing investment and budget plans, conducting cost analyses in collaboration with management, and ensuring quality assurance and optimization of plant and operating resources. A key part of the role is acting as the primary contact for authorities, suppliers, and service companies, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year experience in the biogas/bioenergy sector, strong technical and commercial acumen, and initial project management experience. This position offers significant creative latitude, an unlimited contract in a system-relevant, sustainable industry focused on CO₂-neutral energy generation, and a company car for private use, requiring high willingness to travel within the region.
