Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Technician within a workshop environment, focusing on the technical processing of internal orders and ensuring smooth system operation for a leading provider of digital solutions in the healthcare sector. Key daily tasks include upgrading and configuring Windows PCs and servers, setting up printers and programming barcode scanners, and establishing network systems including IP configuration. The technician will also handle the installation and exchange of various storage devices (NVMes, SSDs, HDDs), often configured in RAID systems. The ideal candidate possesses technical understanding of PC hardware and peripherals, foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems (including server OS), and network systems (IP addresses, subnets, domains). While specific formal training is not mandatory, reliability, a proactive approach, and very good German language skills are essential for success in this versatile and challenging role, which offers significant room for personal initiative and development within a growing international group.
