Job Summary

This role involves supporting a power plant project in Erlangen by taking ownership of scheduling during the execution phase. The successful candidate will independently develop solutions for project issues, coordinate these solutions with overall project management, and optimize the timeline using proven scheduling methodologies. Key responsibilities include continuous schedule review based on project constraints and generating crucial internal reports such as critical path analyses, deviation analyses, and S-curves. To qualify, applicants must hold a degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, combined with project management experience. Mandatory requirements include at least three years of professional experience in project execution and advanced proficiency in Primavera scheduling software. Fluency in both German and English is essential, along with a willingness to undertake business travel (20-30%).
