Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing software development teams within the Medigital unit, focusing on agility, structure, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring self-organized, successful task execution, optimizing the working environment for productivity, and facilitating agile events like Sprint Plannings and Retrospectives. A key component is managing the smooth flow of information between Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in the context of medical devices or Digital Therapeutics (DTx). The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience as a Scrum Master and strong knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Excellent communication, moderation, and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in German and English, are essential for success in this remote position.
