Job Summary

This Senior Project Manager role focuses on optimizing and managing the IT systems supporting Clinical Supply Management (CSM) within the Rhein-Neckar Metropolitan region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full system lifecycle, including creating and conducting training materials for CSM IT systems, managing master data, and reflecting external partner processes. A core function involves resolving highly complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and defining new global processes related to system functionalities. You will also prepare and implement IT interfaces, research KPIs, and develop solutions for process optimization from ideation through implementation and testing. This role requires a strong background in IT or a related field, deep SQL knowledge, and prior experience in clinical drug development or GMP/GCP areas, making it ideal for a proactive problem-solver looking to drive efficiency and cost structure improvements in a critical supply chain environment.
